FAQ
Q: 1. Can you do OEM/ODM services? And how long is the production time?
A: Yes, we can do both OEM/ODM based on your specific requirements. We also do our own global brand "ManiaX". The lead time for samples production of these different products lines usually is around 2-4 weeks (10-30days).
Q: 2. How can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample evaluation before mass production and final overall Inspection before every shipments.
Q: 3. What kind of battery products we can produce?
A: High-rate discharge RC lipo battery, LiFePO4 battery and Solid-state lipo cells and packs widely used for all range of RC hobby models, and also Drones/UAV and multi-rotors; And related power energy system products.…etc.
Q: 4. Why should you better cooperate with us not with other suppliers?
A: We have professional R&D team and QC team and sales team together in our factory and company, all of our batteries are approved with CE, ROHS, FCC, MSDS and UN38.3…etc.
Q: 5. What's the inner resistance (IR) of the polymer lithium-ion battery?
A: It is the resistance when the electricity passes the battery. The big resistance can reduce the discharge voltage and short the discharge time. It is determined by the material, produce process, battery structure and so on. The resistance is an important parameter to evaluate the battery performance.
Q: 6. What is the battery cell's self-discharge rate?
A: It is also called the capacity keeping ability. It means that the ability of keeping the capacity under the certain condition during open circuit. It is mainly affected by produce process, materials, storage conditions etc.
Q: 7. What is a portable power station/power supply?
A: Portable power station is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Easily recharged by solar panel, AC outlet, and car charging. Features AC/DC/USB charging ports, they can keep all your devices charged, from smartphones, tablets, laptops, to CPAP and small appliances, like a fan, heater, electric blankets, etc.
Q: 8. How should I deal with my battery pack before it is stored for a longer time?
A: It's strongly suggested to make the product with around 80% charged before you don't use it over 3 months or longer time.
Q: 9. How is your quality standard to select the single cells assemble as battery pack?
A: The guaranteed assembly standards of cells selection as below:
IR tolerance of cells: ≤0.5~1mΩ.
Max. difference of cells voltage: cell's capacity ≥300mAh, ≤3mV; cell's capacity <300mAh, ≤5mV. Battery pack: <10mV.
Dimension tolerance of cells: height: ± 0.3mm; width: ± 1mm; length: ± 1-1.5mm; Battery pack: ± 8-10mm.
Weight of cells: for cells capacity above 10,000mAh, allowable tolerance is around 4.0-9.0g/cell. For cells capacity between 3000-6000mAH, allowable tolerance is around 2.5-3.5g/cell. Below 3000mAh to 450mAh, allowable tolerance is around 0.5 -2.0g/cell.
For big solid-state capacity cells like 22AH+ and up
- Cell matching tolerance: Voltage ≤10mv;
- Capacity tolerance between cells: Tolerance around 200~400mAH; (eg: for 36AH pack, 36,200~36,400mAH cells are ok to match as battery packs)
- Internal resistance tolerance between cells: around 1~2mΩ.

Q: 11: How do I choose the right battery capacity for my FPV Racing Drones?
A: For FPV racing, the sweet spot is 6S 1300–1550mAh range packs: 1300mAh packs are lighter and more agile, while 1550mAh offers slightly longer flight time at the cost of extra weight. In general, pick the lightest pack that can still give you about 2–3 minutes of racing, since that's the standard heat length.
Q: 12: How long should I expect a FPV Racing Drone battery pack to last?
A: A2: A 6S 1300–1500mAh pack typically provides 2–3 minutes per race and can last 150–200 charge cycles with good care, or 100–120 cycles under heavy abuse. Signs of aging include swelling, unbalanced cells, and voltage sag.
Q: 13: What safety precautions should I take when using racing drone batteries?
A: Always use a balance charger, never charge unattended, and store packs at 3.80V~3.90V/cell in a safe container. Stop flying before cells drop below 3.50V, let batteries cool before re-charging and retire any swollen or damaged packs immediately.
